Consulting Laboratory of LEMITOR Ochrona Środowiska Sp. z o.o. offers comprehensive servicing in the scope of environmental protection, resulting from binding regulations.

Consulting Laboratory applies the quality management system in the scope: Comprehensive services in the scope of environmental protection: counseling and documentations and meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001 : 2001 norm.

Consulting Laboratory prepares studies of any documentation required for obtaining environmental decisions, among other things:

• Environmental impact assessments (at the stage of agreeing Conditions for Construction and Land Management and at the stage of evaluating design solutions – while applying for building permit or the change of method of utilizing the building entity – we have the expert’s rights in the scope of preparing the evaluation of the effect on the environment no WD-027);
• programs for environmental protection (also the programs for wastes management, noise protection programs) for the districts, communes, cities and other self-governmental territorial units;
• ecological surveys (e.g. of wastes dumps or other installations in the understanding of Environmental Protection Law);
• motions for issuing the integrated permit (IPPC permits);
• study of atmospheric protection (applications and motions for issuing permit for introducing gases and dusts into the air), records of pollutions introduced to the air;
• motions for issuing permit for emitting noise to the environment;
• noise maps of cities, transport infrastructures or industrial sites;
