The ISO 9001 Certificate confirms that the Counseling Department of LEMITOR company has implemented and uses quality management system. The certificate was issued by TUV NORD Poland and since 2004 is still regularly recertified.
In general, this ISO standard is designed to ensure that the company meets the needs of the clients while meeting statutory requirements related to the services. Today it is widely used all around the world and recognized as a common management tool.
