In case of each acquisition a risk investigation in a number of areas, including financial, legal and environmental is provided. It also applies to animal by-products industry (ABP). Serious irregularities identified at this stage may result in undermining the legitimacy of the whole acquisition process itself due to high compensatory costs for the new owner.

Provided Due-Diligence, as a part of the comprehensive advisory, included all environmental aspects concerning analyzed facilities. LEMITOR was responsible for verifying legal status of all environmental permits, their completeness and compatibility with real life, as well as environmental risk assessment for the investor. The project included 8 sites located around the whole country.
