Preparation

• Upon receiving the order, we contact you to determine the technical conditions for the measurement and to identify your formal requirements for the conduct of the test.
• If necessary, we provide advice and assistance, and if required, we also offer to prepare the measurement site by installing measurement ports in accordance with current regulations.
• We schedule a convenient time for all parties and arrive onsite.

Measurement

• At the agreed time, we arrive at the designated location and carry out air pollution emission measurements. Some parameters are measured directly onsite, and samples of exhaust gases (for emission) or air (for immission) are also collected for further laboratory analysis.
• Our experienced measurement teams, if required, are equipped and trained for working at heights.

Laboratory Analysis

• The collected sample is transported to the laboratory under strictly controlled conditions.
• Laboratory analysis of the sample is conducted by LEMITOR Research Laboratory, ensuring optimization of costs and service time.
• After the analysis and verification of results, a report is prepared and provided to the client.

The scope of measurements performed by LEMITOR Research Laboratory includes, in particular:

• Concentration and emission of SO₂, CO, CO₂, NO₂, O₂
• Concentration of particulate matter in emissions and atmospheric air
• Determination of metal content in dust and air
• Concentration of ammonia, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde, isocyanates (MDI, TDI), hydrogen sulfide, fluoride, and fluorides in air and exhaust gases
• Determination of organic compounds in air and exhaust gases
• Measurement of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) in exhaust gases (as TOC)
